We employ a broad range of market research and consumer behaviour research methods. In particular, our institute has an extensive panel of mystery shoppers whom we deploy throughout Germany. Our clients include leading national business and general-interest media outlets, large corporations and medium-sized enterprises across a wide range of industries, as well as federal government agencies.
